In 2012, Ukrainian government plans to provide financial assistance to farmers for purchase of milking machines and milk cooling equipment.

Minister of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine Mykola Prysiazhniuk promised to motivate the development of private dairy enterprises. According to his words, financial assistance will be given to farmers who have seven cows and more.

The budget of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine next year will amount to 5 billion UAH.
