Recently a stability in production, growth of internal and export prices were observed on Ukrainian market of cheese. The main news is renewal of lawful deliveries of cheese from some plants to Russia.

Opening of China will not influence the Ukrainian market. According to applicant for deliveries to Chinese market, Ukraine has no chance to enter it with cheeses. Moreover, as a whole the specific cheeses are demanded in China. So, in the near-term the Ukrainian cheese makers have only a chance for relatively big deliveries of semi-processed products to this country.

Generally, China and other sales markets is far prospect. As for now, Russia has permitted the deliveries from a few Ukrainian plants.

Reduction of deliveries to Crimea was compensated by export to Russia. Last month it was sold over 1000 t of the products there.

As a whole 2300 t of cheeses and more than 3 000 t of cheese products were exported. That were quite good results.

Renewal of export to Russia, and rise of milk prices became the reasons of the next increase in prices for cheeses.

Export figures will probably not be worse in October. But hardly the success will last for long. Probability of Russia’s loyalty to essential import of Ukrainian production is not strong.
