Ukraine partially used the quotas for agricultural product exports to the EU — Ministry of Agrarian Policy
Ukraine did not use up whole quotas for the supply of agricultural commodities to the European Union to the full extent, due to the fact that some commodity items did not have the relevant certificates, and some items were not produced at the significant level, as well as due to logistical difficulties, declared Vladyslava Rutytska, Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine on European Integration, on July 8.
According to her, Ukrainian agrarians confidently use the European quotas for the supply of grains, poultry meat and other products.
So, as of June 30, 2015, the export quotas for sugar supplies were used by 80.6% (from the allowed volume of 20.07 thsd tonnes), malt and wheat gluten — 0.9% (7 thsd tonnes), wheat bran — 8.6% (16 thsd tonnes), and oats — 69.9% (4 thsd tonnes).
Ukrainian traders used the quotas of barley groats and flour supplies by 100% (6.3 thsd tonnes).
