On November 1, within the framework of international exhibition World Food UKRAINE it was held 5th Ukrainian conference Milk Business 2012. It was opened by Oleksandr Sen, the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine. He informed about positive progress in the Ukrainian milk industry.

The Deputy Minister congratulated all participants with the conference opening and emphasized the importance of such events.
Oleksandr Sen told about positive progress in Ukrainian milk sphere. In particular, he pointed out this year’s 2.6% increase of milk production in comparison with the same period of last year. The production is 8.9 million tons of milk.
The Deputy Minister mentioned that according to the statistics this year the processing factories got 3.6 million tons of milk, which is 125.1 thousand tons or 3.5% more than last year. He also discussed with the participants charged questions and the ways of their solution. Oleksandr Sen described next year State Support directions.
