The Government made cheaper grain transfer services
November 21, the Government adopted a resolution that provides cheapening of administrative services to all entities engaged in grain transfer. Thus, the costs to obtain phytosanitary and quarantine certificates and re-export phytosanitary certificate of grain transfer will be reduced by 50% to June 30, 2014.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a resolution that provides cost-cutting of administrative services by the territorial authorities of the State Veterinary and Phytosanitary Service in the field of plant quarantine during the grain transit.
The officials adopted this resolution taking into account farmers’ submissions. Thus, the resolution provides price reduction for phytosanitary and quarantine certificates and re-export phytosanitary certificate of grain transfer by 50% to June 30, 2014.
