The farm is a structural subdivision of the Institute of Bioenergetic Cultures and Sugar Beet at the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Their land area is 3945 hectares, arable land — 3203 hectares.
Farm specializes in crop production and livestock breeding. It consists of four departments: Denikhivka (pig farm), Dorodkiv, Pyatygory and Odaipole (dairy farms).
Total herd size is 1,600 heads of Ukrainian black-and-white breed, including 800 milking cows.
In Pyatygory there are 460 heads of cattle, including 250 milking cows.
Cows are milked in pipeline (Bratslav). The average daily milk yield is 23 kg of milk per cow. In 2017 they got 8,200 kg of milk per cow. Bacterial contamination — 100−200 thousand/cm3, SCC — 200−220 thousand/cm3.
