According to the State Committee of Statistics of Ukraine, on 17 June 2011, prices for milk produced by agricultural enterprises (grade I) were 3,049 UAH/t - 18% up from the same date last year and 2% down from last month. Minimal price (2,611 UAH/t) was in Odessa region and maximal price (3,350 UAH/t) was in Cherkasy region.  Prices for milk produced by household plot owners (grade II) were 1,989 UAH/t, which was 20% up from the same date last year and 2% down from last month.

Wholesale prices for liquid milk (fat 2.5%) averaged 5.34 UAH/kg, 1% down from last month and 18% up from the same date last year. Minimal price was 4.50 UAH/kg in Poltava region and maximal —6.27 UAH/kg in Lugansk region. Retail prices did not change during the month and were 6.23 UAH/kg, 13 % up from the same period last year.

Wholesale prices for butter (fat 72.5%) were 45.08 UAH/kg, 2% down from last month and 21% up from the same period last year. Retail prices were 53.21 UAH/kg.
