Prices for butter stopped the increase
Considerable changes did not occur on the market of butter in second half of October. Despite low supply, demand has not strongly grown.
The prices are very high for many consumers now, therefore special strengthening of prices has not occurred.
Butter is replaced by spreads on the market again. Difference of prices for them is more noticeable now, than in summer and spreads became attractive again to impoverished consumers.
Though there is external demand, but often the internal sales are more attractive, than export. So, external sales already less influence the price tendencies on domestic market.
Further rise of domestic and export prices is not expected in the first decade of November. Price growth can be renewed by the middle of the next month. A number of operators will probably decide to stock the products on the eve of winter in order to avoid an import of very expensively products later.
