According to Vinnitsa State Administration, milk production in the region will increase by twice (1,000,000 t) up to 2,000,000 t per year.

By 2015, thirty new cow barns for 36,000 head will be built. In addition, over 100 smaller cow barns will be constructed during the period 2015-2020 in cooperation with dairy farmers in Vinnitsa region.

The total investment in the projects will amount to $810,000,000 and 1,800 new jobs will be created.

In 2011, the construction of seven modern cow barns has already started in the region.
