Inter-Factional Group “For the development of the dairy Industry of Ukraine” has been set up in Ukrainian Parliament
Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has officially announced on the registration of the Inter-Factional Deputy Group «For the development of the dairy Industry of Ukraine». The Group is headed by MPs Andriy Bogdanets and Serhiy Bunin. The Group unites more than twenty deputies.
According to the deputies, dairy sector is a strategic component of Ukraine’s economy and it needs proper support from the state.
The Inter-Factional Group’s objectives are:
- coordination of work aimed at the development of dairy industry of Ukraine
- support for milk processing enterprises, dairy farms and households engaged in milk production, increasing the income tax of individuals from their activities and thus promoting the development of united territorial communities
- promotion of the development of a culture of dairy consumption as an important component of health of Ukrainian citizens
- promotion of the development of innovative scientific developments in the field of dairy farming and dairy production.
«I am confident that our joint efforts will draw attention to real problems of the dairy industry and we will find the ways to solve them at the legislative level,» said MP Andriy Bogdanets.
