In 2015 Russian agricultural enterprises produced 14.7 mln tons of raw milk
During the period from January to December 2015 big, middle and small size agricultural enterprises produced 14673.52 thousand tons of raw milk what is 2.5% more compared to the level of 2014.
Average milk yield in agricultural organizations (excluding micro-sized business) increased by 6.9% and reached 5233 kg per cow in 2015, according to Rosstat. Cow population in agricultural organizations decreased by 1.5% compared to 2014 and totaled 3368.943 thousand heads.
