The land area is 2134 hectares. They grow cereal crops and industrial crops. In terms of crop yield they are among the top three in Kiev region.

They completely reconstructed goat house and purchased 300 Alpine and Saanen goats of French selection. Also milking parlor «parallel» 2×18 (P300SG, DeLaval) with capacity of 600 goats and milk processing equipment (Arbel) were installed.

Planned capacity of the farm is 2,000 goats and 5 tons of milk per day.

In goat house and milking unit they used DeLaval equipment: cooling tank DX/O 1850, ventilation panel 914, weather station /00/872/, ventilation shaft C1/915, lamps FL250 °F, photosensors and control boxes, drinker C5.
