Cabinet of Ministers Extends Permits for Work and Trade on Pesticides and Agrochemicals
Permits (certificates) for the right to work related to transportation, storage, usage and trade in pesticides and agrochemicals, issued in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Pesticides and Agrochemicals» and valid as of January 1, 2022, is valid for the period of validity martial law in Ukraine and for 90 days following the day of its termination or abolition.
This is notified in the adopted resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine «Some issues of transportation, storage, use and trade in pesticides and agrochemicals»
The resolution also amended the Licensing Conditions for the Carriage of Passengers, Dangerous Cargo and Dangerous Waste by Road, International Transportation of Passengers and Cargo by Road. It is noted that the package of documents is submitted to the licensing authority as an e-document, and the license is issued within 2 working days as an e-document too.
