Within the framework of World Food Ukraine 2012 exhibition supported by the Ministry of the Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, 4th annual international conference Organic Processing and Trade Kyiv2012 was help. The head of the Agriculture, Chemization and Land-Clearing Department of the Agriculture Department of the Ministry of the Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, Anatolii Rudyuk took part in the event.

There are conditions to develop organic production in Ukraine. But according to Anatolii Rudyuk one of the domestic organic production development cornerstones is the legislation security absence.
«In September 2012 the law on organic production was adopted by the Parliament, but in October the President returned it to complete. Thus, the work is holding and we hope that in the nearest future organic producers will work under the legal environment», the head of the Agriculture, Chemization and Land-Clearing Department said.
