The Ministry of Agrarian policy and Food of Ukraine reports that by the state on 107 464 agreements are today closed within the framework of market of land. Handed in applications for the receipt of access to the State Landed Cadastre 5563 notaries. All the requests — 6248, from them concertedly 5487, in a turn for consideration — 2, a refuse was got 759. Notaries with the State Landed Cadastre work in the regular mode.

on July, 1 Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Roman Leschenko declared the start of market of land officially. To 2024 years the persons-citizens of Ukraine can buy agricultural land only with limitation in 100 hectares. A law on the market of land forbids to buy land foreigners. The question of sale of land persons without Ukrainian citizenship and foreigners will decide only on a national referendum.
