Italy exports more Mozzarella and Ricotta, mainly inside the EU

For the year-to-date period ended May 31, Italian dairy exports increased in volume (+13.5%) and in value (+12.8%), on a trend basis.
The month of May 2017 was positive for Italian Cheese exports, compared with May 2016, with increases for:
Pecorino and Fiore Sardo (+26.8%)
Provolone (+16.4%)
